young Grizzly in the foothills of the Rockies

I was driving to Calgary in the summer and saw some Cattle in field and had to suddenly stop as I saw an unusual visitor ; a young Grizzly was overturning stones for grubs and insects. He then turned to look at the cattle and though the cattle seemed quite unphased - I thought humorously " Will this prove that Grizzly are 'cow- nivourous?' Soon the young bear settling into a slough and enjoyed some marsh vegetation.
